In her role she coaches and steers a group of employees and agencies to deliver best in class strategic business plans, coupled with ground-breaking creativity that delivers tangible business results, most evident in the 4 time Cannes award winning campaign for Absolut which has tripled the brand size in 3 years, her repositioning of the iconic Red Heart Rum brand which has sustained its performance in the context of a challenging category and the ahead of category growth on seed brands: Absolut Elyx, and Beefeater Gin. Her experience spans 17 years in roles across consumer insights, brand management, innovation management and portfolio management across a number of international markets in Europe and Africa. Her influence has touched some iconic brands including the likes of Heineken, Guinness, Johnnie Walker and Absolut where her track record for growth and market share gains has been tantamount.
